Support Newspapers in Education and help provide newspapers to local schools at no cost to teachers or students.
About the Program
Newspapers in Education brings real-world news into the classroom. Students use newspapers to strengthen reading comprehension, build critical-thinking skills, understand civic life, and connect classroom learning to their communities.
Students strengthen literacy skills by engaging with real news articles and editorial writing.
Newspapers connect students to local government, community events, and civic responsibility.
Analyzing news stories builds reasoning, media literacy, and the ability to evaluate sources.
Classroom lessons come alive when students see the same topics covered in their local paper.
Our Role
Reflect Marketing Solutions manages NIE sponsorship outreach for Reid Newspapers by connecting local businesses with schools and community programs that benefit from regular newspaper access.
We coordinate outreach, sponsorships, recognition, and program support so businesses can give back simply and meaningfully while students continue learning.
Annual Sponsorship
$350 / year
One sponsorship helps provide approximately 50 newspapers per printed edition to participating schools and educational programs at no cost to teachers or students.
A small investment can make a lasting difference for local students and schools.
